Van Halen – Balance (Expanded Edition)

To mark the 30th anniversary of Van Halen’s ‘Balance’, Rhino asked us to design a trailer as powerful as the music itself.

This promo celebrates a deluxe package featuring a remastered original album, rarities, eight unreleased live tracks, and six restored promo videos.

We built hyper-realistic models of the remastered vinyl, CD, and Blu-ray, with layered product reveals that mirror the unfolding physical box set. Smooth, dynamic transitions nod to classic ’90s music video aesthetics, while cinematic lighting and rich material textures ground the visuals in the era’s analog feel.
