Deep Purple – Guilt Trippin’
Client: Ear Music
Role: 3D & Motion Design · Visual Direction

For Deep Purple’s Guilt Trippin’, we created an animated video inspired by Ian Gillan’s idea of a sudden crash becoming a moment of transformation.

The film follows a fly and a strange sycamore-seed craft on a surreal, high-speed journey through shifting landscapes, warped perspectives and symbolic imagery, expanding the world of the album sleeve and boxset artwork.

What starts as frantic movement gradually becomes a full-blown psychedelic trip, with the crash opening up into something stranger and more cosmic as reality splits apart and the physical world begins to fall away.
