The Kinks – Sunny Afternoon
Client: BMG
Role: Motion Design · Visual Direction · Illustration

We directed and produced this animated video for The Kinks enduring 1966 classic ‘Sunny Afternoon’. Drawing on the song’s uniquely distinctly British wit and social satire, we created a whimsical animated world that brings Ray Davies’ track to life.

Blending vintage-inspired design and playful visual gags inspired by Terry Gilliam, the film reimagines one of the band’s most iconic tracks for a new generation.
