To promote the 50th anniversary edition of ‘The Kinks Are The Village Green Preservation Society’ by The Kinks, Yes Please Productions provided the Creative Direction for the campaign.

Along woth an unboxing video and social assets, we created the visual for the previously unreleased track ‘Time Song’. Inspired by the mood and themes of the song, we set out to create snapshots of the past, using a mixed media technique to create scenes of a certain type of traditional Englishness. Our research led us to incorporate details pertinent to Ray and Dave Davies life, such as the Fortis Green road sign and a Muswell Hill map – where Kinks founders Dave and Ray Davies were born in North London.
